How to follow a healthy daily routine life and stay happy?

One of the most trending hot topic of the present generation is "How to stay healthy". It is hot because everybody is suffering from one or other "Life style diseases" like stress, blood pressure, heart diseases and diabetes. People are suffering from these diseases only because of lack of knowledge and the ignorance prevailing due to their hi5 life style and ignoring the old traditional and cultural way of living like the great sages lived.
The unhealthy food habits like eating pizza, burger, ice-creams, chats, cool - drinks and non-veg which generates unnecessary fat and cholesterol which are dangerous. If you really want to keep yourself away from all the diseases and want live a healthy life you will find this article very helpful.


The below steps are daily routines that must be followed in order to lead a healthy and happy life:

1. Wake up early in the morning - Waking up early if possible from between 4am and 6am is considered as good practice. This routine helps you to balance anabolism, metabolism and catabolism. Your mind will become fresh with no thoughts. This time is considered as the best time to do yoga - pranyama and meditation which helps in increasing your physical, mental and spiritual powers.


2. After waking up sit calm for sometime and slowly drink one full cup of hot water. Hot water helps you to burn your extra fat and you can free from constipation problem.


3. Do yoga - pranayama, stretching exercises and meditation for at least  1 hour. Yog - pranayama and meditation is not about any particular religion. It is scientific and universal, any one can learn and do this easily.


4. Cleaning and Bathing - After doing above told exercises the body temperature will goes up for few minutes. So don't bath immediately. Let your body calm down for a while. Now bath with a water which is not so hot and not so cold i.e, medium. It will give relief to all organs and makes your mind fresh, clean and fills you with energy and enthusiasm.


5. A Healthy food habit - "Timely food, healthy life.." Yes, it is very true. What ever we may follow, but if we forgot to take healthy and timely food our body reacts very badly and its imbalances occurs which doctors call as disease. A good diet with light and nutrition rich food will enhance total health and fills the body with energy. The human beings will remain healthy with only vegetable foods. If we can live healthy and happily by using vegetables only, then why we are killing the dumb animals? We don't have any rights. They do feel pain and they do deserve rights to live on this earth. Say No to non-veg. Our body nature is for vegetable foods only. It also opposes non-veg..!! Nutritious, Seasonal and Light food should be taken in our daily diet which suits our body nature. 


6. Morning diet - Between 7am - 8am is considered as best for morning breakfast. 8 - 9am is medium and 9am and above is considered as worst time to take breakfast. Food for the breakfast should be light without heavy hot spices and chillies. Fruits and its juices are good. Don't even think about rich carbohydrate food and even don't take non-veg.


7. After-noon diet - Lunch taken between 12pm - 1pm is considered as best, between 1pm - 2pm is medium and after 2pm is considered as the worst time for lunch. Lunch food should be medium with sufficient nutrients. Lunch should fill your half stomach and remaining for water and air. Don't drink water immediately or in between lunch. You can sip water only if the food is thick. Drink water after 1 hour of taking food.


8. Night Dinner - Dinner taken between 7pm - 8pm is considered as best time, 8pm - 9pm is medium and after 9pm is worst for dinner. While taking food, it should be chewed for at least 25 to 32 times, which helps in good digestion. Chewing food more time decreases the anger, a byproduct:-) try it yourself.


9. Sleeping - Sleep is a great experience and in itself a complete fulfillment. We go to sleep every night and when we wake up in the morning we experience a peaceful mind, activeness and happiness. It gives energy, strength and helps in healing of the wounds,diseases and causes growth in children. So it should be complete. The sleep with no dreams is considered as the best and complete sleep. The Old aged and children need 8 hours sleep and for the younger people 6 hours of sleep is enough. More sleep also induces laziness and imbalances health. So go to bed early and wake up early, one of the best simple health principle.


10. While following all the above steps, keep in mind that you drink 3 to 3.5 liters of water per day. The lack of water in body causes lots of diseases. So be careful and drink not less than 3 liters.
